Tuesday was hair cut day!

We all had our hair cut on Tuesday. I wanted to share pictures of the boys. Isaac looks like he grew 3 inches, I'm sure you can't tell from the picture. Now, Elijah? He looks like such a big man now! It's funny what a haircut will do. Just wanted to share a small part of our week with you! Hope you are doing well! Sending you our love!

The boys went shopping!!

We all headed to Walmart tonight so I could grocery shop and Doug decided to let the boys spend their birthday money & holiday gift money they have gotten from family! So here is a big THANK YOU to all of you for giving them the opportunity to learn to spend their money. Isaac had the most money to spend, so he bought a remote control car and the CARS video game for the ps2. Elijah is not a Jeff Gordon fan, however he loved the car so he got that remote control car. I guess it was a fun experience. Doug can give you much more detail. I was doing the other fun part and buying groceries. As a side note, I save $11.42 with coupons! I was excited. Lori will be proud of me as I had a coupon for $1 off 2 packages of the new shapes cookies and I figured I'd never buy them, but got to thinking I might find them on clearance at some point and sure enough, the Halloween ones were marked down to $.50 each so we got them for FREE!!! Gotta love free!!! Enjoy and blessings to you!!! Raegan

Halloween Spooks?

I don't think so...They were just to cute to spook! They really came home with a ton of candy! Doug took the boys just to the neighbors 2 doors down and came back over an hour later! Elijah didn't want to keep going until he got more candy and then he's said, "just one more daddy" so they kept going until his "pumpkin" got to heavy and daddy had to put most of Elijah's candy in his coat pockets so he could keep trick or treating! When they got back I quickly got them inside and went through each of their pumpkins and took out what I knew they wouldn't eat and gave it to Doug to pass out to the rest of the trick or treaters. I guess that we about 100 kids. If it had been good weather I'm sure it would have been way more and we probably would have ran out of candy. But as it was it was rainy and very cold! But regardless, they boys had a blast. Here they are in their costumes....
